City living has a strong future despite the rise of a work-from-home culture on the back of the Covid pandemic, says a prominent residential developer.
This is because residing in a city or town centre is much more than just the convenience of being able to walk to work, according to Anthony McCourt, founder of Birmingham-based apartments builder Court Collaboration.
