Almost 40 acres of land, on which 500 new homes could be built, has been put up for sale in Bramcote, Nottingham.
The land forms part of an allocation to deliver up to 500 new homes in Broxtowe Borough Council’s Local Plan (Part 2). The proceeds from the sale, on behalf of The White Hills Park Trust, will fund the construction of a new and upgraded school on the existing site of neighbouring Bramcote College.
The land, which stretches to around 39.9 acres, is situated to the east of Coventry Lane and at the northern edge of Bramcote.
