The largest speculative development of its scale in Worksop has completed, delivering 46,000 sq ft of industrial and retail space at Vesuvius.
Property development and investment company, CEG, appointed Harris CM to deliver the multimillion-pound scheme. The scheme includes three flexible food and beverage units and 16 light industrial units ranging from 1,200 to 5,000 sq ft. Subsequent phases will offer larger employment units including speculative as well as pre-let, design and build development.
The first pre-let was secured to Burger King which opened August, a further nine units have now completed with additional strong interest in the site from a wide range of businesses.
