TWO NEW SHOWHOMES SET TO OPEN IN OADBY

Bellway East Midlands is unveiling two new showhomes at its Stoughton Park development in Oadby.

The showhomes – the four-bedroom Weaver and three-bedroom Lacemaker designs – will be officially opened to the public on Saturday 16 October.

Bellway is delivering 221 homes at the site, off Gartree Road, with 29 different house types available from the housebuilder’s flagship Artisan Collection to meet the needs of a mix of buyers.

Kenny Lattimore, Sales Manager of Bellway East Midlands, said: “With the launch of the showhomes at Stoughton Park, prospective buyers will be able to view a completed home at the development for the first time.

“With 29 different house types available at Stoughton Park, the development is a showcase for the Artisan Collection – which was created from decades of customer feedback – and highlights the wide range of styles available at Bellway.

“At Stoughton Park, buyers can see for themselves the high level of craftmanship and attention to detail that goes into each new Artisan Collection home and how there is a house type to suit every buyer, including growing families and first-time-buyers.

“The development has also been designed to appeal to commuters, who will also appreciate that Stoughton Park is located less than five miles from Leicester city centre, just over three miles from the city’s railway station and just under seven miles from the M1 and M69.”

Stoughton Park is a joint scheme with Ashberry Homes (part of the Bellway Group), which will deliver a total of 310 new homes to Oadby.

The development will be a mix of one, two, three, four and five-bedroom homes, including 93 affordable properties available for local people through rent or shared ownership.

The Weaver showhome is a family-size detached house with an open-plan kitchen/dining/family room, a separate living room and a utility room downstairs, with four double bedrooms upstairs, two of which have en suite shower rooms.

Meanwhile, the Lacemaker is a semi-detached home with accommodation across three levels, including an open-plan living/dining room and separate kitchen on the ground floor, two double bedrooms, one with en suite, on the first floor and a master bedroom suite with its own dressing room covering the entire top floor.

There’s currently a choice of two, three, four and five-bedroom houses available at Stoughton Park, with prices starting from £290,000.
