Building work has begun on a new office scheme in Lincolnshire which will house two of the area’s best-known professional services firms.
Stirlin Developments has broken ground on a 10,000 sq ft site at Fairfield Industrial Estate in Louth which will be occupied by accounting and business advisory firm Duncan & Toplis and Wilkin Chapman Solicitors.
East Lindsey District Council granted planning permission for the scheme in 2019 but construction work was delayed by the pandemic.
The two-storey building will stand next door to a facility owned by Lincolnshire firm Micronclean.
Adrian Reynolds, managing director at Duncan & Toplis, said: “I’m absolutely thrilled that construction is now underway on our new offices in Louth and I’m very pleased
