Plans to extend a business park in Branston, Lincolnshire has been given the go-ahead by Council planning bosses.
North Kesteven District Council has approved plans to create an additional 10 units at Kirk’s Yard, a 2.4-acre industrial site located 4 miles outside Lincoln city centre.
Lincoln-based developer Stirlin completed the first phase of the scheme – consisting of 6 industrial units ranging from 1,000 sq ft to 1,400 sq ft – in March 2019 before adding five more slightly larger units.
The third phase of Kirk’s Yard will comprise ten units ranging in size from 1507 sq ft to 2,005 sq ft.
