A business park which could create up to 4,000 jobs has been given planning permission.
Verdant Regeneration has been given the green light to develop New Stanton Park, the 200-acre site which will see the transformation of the former Stanton iron works and bring forward 2.6m sq ft of new warehouse and industrial space – including a single building of around 1m sq ft.
The new development is between Derby and Nottingham, 2.5 miles from the M1 and is being jointly marketed by M1 Agency and TBD Real Estate.
