Yorkshire Trading Company are a Yorkshire based discount retailer whose brand also includes Rydale Clothing. In what will be a huge boost to the retail scene in Ashbourne, Yorkshire Trading Company are expanding into the town.
William Speed of Salloway Property Consultants, who brokered the deal on behalf of a private client, was pleased to see such a well renowned operator purchase the freehold. “It is great to see some faith being restored in Ashbourne’s High Street, after what can only be described as a challenging time for the town I believe that this may be the catalyst for further life being injected into Ashbourne town centre.”
