To support this continued growth, Forward Solutions has boosted its recruitment with three new starters joining the team across support, infrastructure and a brand-new role of Project Co-ordinator. This follows the appointment of two new Customer Success Managers in recent months.

With the massive and continued sector growth in technologies, Forward Solutions is investing to support its customer this includes the development of a new user interface (UI) which is about to be launched. The firm has invested £3/4 million and 3,000-working hours in the development of this new technology – Forward’s most significant single investment to date - to ensure that its software is fully intuitive and easy to use.
