McCarthy Stone, the developer behind the Mill Gardens and Farnham House Retirement Living developments on Loughborough Road has been announced as the sponsor of Quorn FC for the 2022/23 season.
The sponsorship will see McCarthy Stone join forces with the local club and feature on the team’s home kit for the season, as well as be included on a number of advertising boards around the ground.
Darren Kay, Club Secretary at Quorn FC commented: “It’s wonderful to be able to partner with McCarthy Stone, its sponsorship is much appreciated and is a huge boost for us. The funding will help us continue to move the club forward and support local grassroots football.
“We’re really looking forward to what promises to be an exciting season for the club and can’t wait to welcome some of the homeowners and Mill Gardens and Farnham House along to watch the team in action.”
David Meachem, Divisional Sales Director at McCarthy Stone, adds: “Supporting the local community is an intrinsic part of everything we do and so partnering with Quorn FC was a natural fit.
“The football club is invaluable to the community and is a fantastic way in which to bring the local community together to cheer on their local club. We also can’t wait to hear from our homeowners to see how they enjoyed the matchday experience!”
