Last chance to apply for successful graduate scheme in the East Midlands

Top 10 homebuilder Keepmoat has launched its second Land & Partnerships Graduate Programme, following the huge success of its first programme in 2021.

The Programme offers graduates an exciting opportunity to build a career in homebuilding and become part of a national business which supports Keepmoat’s focus on investing in people and attracting the best talent. Interested candidates should be sure to act quickly as entries for the 2023/24 graduate position close on 07th July 2023.

The structured two year programme provides graduates with the opportunity to learn and grow with significant potential for future progression. Key areas of focus include assisting and demonstrating with the identification of potential land and partnership opportunities, assisting in the evaluation of potential new sites and scheme viability, developing an understanding and practical application of the bidding process, and assisting in building relationships with partner organisations and external stakeholders.

Keepmoat employs more than 1,100 people across the UK and hopes to attract the brightest and best graduates to strengthen its land and partnerships team in the East Midlands, following on from a record financial performance in 2022.

Tim Beale, Chief Executive Officer at Keepmoat, who completed a graduate trainee programme, commented: “I began my career in the industry as a graduate trainee and it is a privilege that we are in a position to give today’s graduates the opportunity to work within our Land & Partnerships team in an empowering and supportive environment.  At Keepmoat we deliver more than just new homes; we transform communities and improve the lives of local people and we want to give people the chance to embark on this exciting and fulfilling journey with us.

“Our graduate programme will provide candidates with the relevant skill set to  build a successful career within the industry. Keepmoat really is a fantastic place to build an incredibly rewarding career”.

The homebuilder is offering a highly attractive and competitive package which includes a company car and bonus scheme.
