10-year anniversary celebrated by Bentley Project Management

EAST Midlands-based project management consultancy, Bentley Project Management, is celebrating its 10-year anniversary.

The business - which now trades out of Ruddington Fields Business Park following a recent office move - also specialises in development and cost management, delivering large scale strategic, residential and commercial schemes for both the public and private sectors.

Since launching in 2013, the consultancy has worked on various infrastructure projects totalling over £1bn and has helped secure £750m worth of public funding in the last five years alone – the latter is testament to the team’s understanding of funding cycles and ability to work closely with local authorities. Bentley is also actively involved in schemes that will deliver some 35,000 homes to the UK.

Jonathon Bentley, managing director of Bentley Project Management, said: “It’s been a fantastic 10 years for the business. What started out as just me a decade ago, has now grown to around 40 people who are both knowledgeable and passionate about what they do.

“We now have an even split of both private and public sector business and I truly believe our unique understanding of end-to-end development is what has brought us success over the years and allowed us to be a part of some incredible schemes.

“We won’t be resting on our laurels and we now look to the next 10 years where we’ll be looking to continue this growth and also bring the business to new parts of the UK.”

Some of Bentley’s most notable works include an award-winning sustainable urban extension, known locally as New Lubbesthorpe, Hinckley National Rail Freight Interchange and various developments with one of the leading land and property regeneration companies in the UK, Harworth Group.
