NEW-LOOK ALDI REOPENS IN RADFORD

The Aldi store on Radford Boulevard in Nottingham reopened this morning at 8am, following a significant refurbishment and extension.

Nottingham shoppers can now benefit from a larger retail space of 1,327 sqm, offering an enhanced shopping experience, with a large range of award-winning British products at unbeatable prices.

The new format has been created to make shopping even easier for Radford customers, with the store now having more space and clearer signs to make shopping effortless.

Nottingham customers can also take a walk down the ‘Aisle of Aldi’, where they will find legendary Specialbuys which are available every Thursday and Sunday. During reopening week, the store will be offering a range of wooden toys, including a three-storey wooden doll’s house for £39.99, wooden toy kitchen for £34.99 and a wooden laundrette or Aldi supermarket for £29.99.

The store will be run by Store Manager Jas, along with a team of 27 colleagues from the local community. In a welcome boost to the local economy, Aldi has created 10 new jobs as a result of the extension and is continuing to recruit for the Nottingham store. Applications and more information on all of Aldi’s store positions can be found on Aldi’s recruitment website: www.aldirecruitment.co.uk/stores

Store Manager Jas said: “The team and I are really looking forward to welcoming back some familiar faces as well as new customers and supplying our local community with the everyday amazing products we have available. Hopefully the new-look store will make shopping at Aldi Radford that bit easier and more comfortable.”
