Garvey Glade is part of a two-site development that is set to introduce 365 new homes to the area. Located in Top Valley, three miles north of Nottingham Centre, this vibrant new community is being designed with an emphasis on providing high-quality energy-efficient homes and ample open green spaces.

Garvey Glade offers a wide range of housing options, including two, three, and four-bedroom homes, detached, semi-detached, and mews properties. It is perfectly situated to meet the housing needs of Nottingham, offering an array of benefits to its future residents. Supermarkets and independent shops are situated nearby while, for families, there is an array of educational options, with five primary schools within half a mile, all with a ‘Good’ rating from OFSTED. There is also exceptional transport connectivity, with the M1 motorway just a few minutes' drive away, providing seamless access to the broader national motorway network.

Lee Parry, Managing Director, North East Midlands, Countryside Partnerships, said: "The launch of new show homes is always exciting, as it marks the moment when a scheme turns from a project into a place to live. We’re thrilled to launch the show homes at Garvey Glade, a development that embodies our commitment to building sustainable communities. With a strong emphasis on open spaces, quality housing, and access to essential amenities, it’s no surprise that there’s strong interest in the scheme with a number of homes already sold to families and individuals from the local area."

Alex Norris, MP for Nottingham North and Shadow Minister for Policing, said: "Affordable and sustainable housing is a pressing need in Nottingham, and I’m passionate about facilitating the development of high-quality homes that will enable people to stay here, move here and prosper here. It’s fantastic to see the progress Countryside and its partners have made on this site, which will offer homes to meet a broad range of needs in the local community. Creating great places to live encourages young people and growing families to establish roots here and actively contribute to the growth of the local economy.”

Homes at Garvey Glade start from £235,995; selected properties are also available via the Home Stepper scheme, starting from £135,000 for a 50% share.
