The former head office of historic law firm Fraser Brown could be turned into tourist accommodation, according to new plans submitted to Nottingham City Council.
The Grade II Victorian offices at 84 Friar Lane had been the offices of a former incarnation of Fraser Brown since around 1910. They were vacated shortly after Knights bought Fraser Brown in an £8.3m deal in February 2020.
The property was then sold to a Mr and Mrs Hunt in 2023 after efforts to let it as offices for 18 months had failed to raise any interest.
