A senior executive at a leading Derby law firm has been shortlisted for the prestigious Conveyancing Support Team Member of the Year award at this year’s British Conveyancing awards.
Martyna Kisiel, senior client inception executive in the new business team at Sort Legal, has been recognised for her outstanding contribution to the business.
Martyna originally joined Sort Legal’s sister company Sort Move in February 2022 where she worked on the estate agency side and gained an in-depth knowledge of the firm’s onboarding system. This enabled her to appreciate the portal from both estate agents' and clients' viewpoints and understand how it serves clients effectively.
The initial point of contact in Sort Legal’s new business team, Martyna guides clients through complexities with onboarding tasks and creates an experience where every client feels understood and supported in their home-moving journey.
She plays a pivotal role in task allocation, mentoring, and process improvements and her work has result in the firm achieving a 95% call answering rate under one minute.
Martyna also demonstrates leadership and mentoring skills, strengthened by her participation in an ILM leadership and management course.
The British Conveyancing Awards were established to bring together industry leaders and recognise excellence and celebrate the outstanding achievements of firms and organisations that excel in the field.
Now in their fifth year, the awards showcase the dedication and innovation of professionals within the conveyancing industry. The 2024 awards ceremony is taking place on 12 March at 8 Northumberland Avenue in London.
