Giftware firm doubles footprint with new HQ purchase

A luxury giftware firm has bought the freehold of warehouse in Kettering in a deal valued at around £2.25m.

Eddisons and Savills acted as joint agents in the sale of Kingsway House to the new owner-occupier, and Eddisons is now instructed as the agent in the sale of the freehold of the former premises of Warmies® at Wellingborough’s Park Farm Industrial Estate.

Kingsway House, on the Kettering Parkway estate, will be the new operational base for Warmies®, part of the Intelex Group (UK), which specialises in premium comfort and wellbeing gifts and products.

While no figure is disclosed about the price paid for the freehold of Kingsway House, it was marketed at a guide price of £2.25m, with Eddisons now marketing the freehold of Warmies® former Park
