Commercial property agents Rushton Hickman Ltd has let Unit 11 Granary Wharf to Marine and Power Engineering Ltd, a well-established business operating in Burton upon Trent for over 8 years.
Granary Wharf is a development of modern offices buildings on the edge of Burton upon Trent town centre.

Marine and Power Engineering Ltd have experienced significant growth over the last couple of years and decided to divide their business operations between two locations.
