A luxury giftware firm has acquired the freehold of warehouse premises in Kettering in a deal which sees commercial agent Eddisons, who acted as joint agent on behalf of the vendor, now instructed as the selling agent for the gift firm’s previous industrial unit in Wellingborough.

Kingsway House, on the Kettering Parkway estate, will be the new operational base for Warmies®, part of the Intelex Group (UK) Ltd, who specialise in premium comfort & wellbeing gifts & products for children & adults.

Eddisons & Savills acted as joint agents in the sale of Kingsway House to the new owner-occupier, and Eddisons is now instructed as the agent in the sale of the freehold of the former premises of Warmies® at Wellingborough’s Park Farm
