Grade II listed building acquired by real estate firm

Andrew + Ashwell has announced the sale of Berkeley House, a Grade II listed office building located in Leicester city centre.

The 14,722 sq ft property has been acquired by CECOS Capital.

The building has served as a mixture of open-plan and office spaces and will continue as this under its new ownership.
