Planning application submitted to convert historic complex in Derbyshire

Matthew Montague Architects has submitted a planning application to Derbyshire Dales District Council to convert a 300-year-old derelict mill complex near Matlock, Derbyshire.

The proposal seeks to revitalise Lumsdale Mill by transforming it into 11 apartments and 14 houses.

If approved, the development will include a mix of two, three, and four-bedroom apartments, as well as affordable homes.
