We welcome new team member Hugh Beamish

Hugh joins AB Heritage as a Senior Heritage Consultant.

Hugh brings a wealth of experience to the role, with nearly four decades of expertise in both the private and public sectors of archaeology and heritage management.

Hugh began his career in the mid-80s, where he was initially involved in delivering programmes of archaeology, before moving into heritage consultancy roles. He later served for over 10 years, as an Inspector of Ancient Monuments at Historic England.

Hugh’s skills and experience are a great match for our consultancy and his addition to the team will help us to achieve our growth plans in the wider South and Midlands regions. Hugh added “ I'm very happy to be joining AB Heritage and to contribute to the work of the expert team in providing a focused, professional service to our clients. I am already in at the deep end, looking at a complex Listed Building Consent in Bedfordshire.”
