A retail unit in a Black Country town centre has been sold. 3 Park Street has been acquired for £310,000, on a passing rent of £30,000 per annum.
The 3,631 sq ft unit is let to retailer Hays Travel until September 2026. The property has been acquired by an unnamed private investor.
Birmingham-based property agency Bond Wolfe led the deal.
