Timber Floor Studio have completed on a new relocation in Chesterfield in a move that places the company in a prime position on one of Chesterfield’s busiest roads. The letting follows a brief marketing period which generated a great deal of interest from occupiers throughout the midlands and further afield.
Salloway Property Consultants were appointed by the property owners to assist in securing a suitable tenant for the property. The premises which is located adjacent to an existing trade counter unit comprises c. 2,200sq.ft. of showroom space including office accommodation.
