Fletcher & Company, an independent estate agency based in Derbyshire, has expanded its operations with a new office at Mercia Marina.
Founded in 2004, the agency now has three branches across Derbyshire, in Duffield, Derby and Willington, along with a presence in London through its partnership with the Guild of Professional Estate Agents.
The opening marks a milestone as the company approaches its 20th anniversary.
