South Holland County Council, in partnership with leading EdTech provider, CoGrammar, has introduced a new software engineering skills programme to upskill and kickstart a career in the tech industry. This 16-week course, funded by the Shared Prosperity Fund, offers essential skills for progressing into software engineering roles.
The software engineering programme covers a diverse range of topics including coding and learning principles applicable to a broad range of large-scale software systems. This initiative aims to cultivate a balanced, skilled and inclusive labour market to drive economic well-being, productivity, and growth across Lincolnshire.
Riaz Moola, CEO of CoGrammar, notes: “We’re thrilled to bring our expertise in tech education to Lincolnshire’s aspiring leaders. Our track record shows that 89% of our graduates find employment after completing our courses. Additionally, graduates of our courses were found to have a median salary increase of 178% after completing a programme. We’re confident that this course will have a similar impact, helping to shape a skilled workforce ready for the challenges of tomorrow.”
