A North East firm that was involved in the design and building of Newcastle's flagship Bank House development has signed up as its latest tenant.
Design and engineering multinational Cundall is setting up new headquarters in the Pilgrim Street property - bringing 150 staff to its tenth floor. The Newcastle-founded firm, which has offices Dubai, Hong Kong and Sydney, has signed a lease for 10,155 sq ft of space that it says will help it achieve more global growth.
The multi-disciplinary firm was involved in the creation of the 207-foot high office scheme which is now 60% occupied after six lettings following its launch last summer.
