Cameron Homes has been given the go-ahead to build 54 houses in Mapperley Plains, Nottingham.
The scheme will include 38 open market units, along with 16 affordable homes and will sit next to a 164-home development by Davidsons Homes.
The Cameron Homes scheme will feature a range of houses with between two and five bedrooms. It was unanimously voted through by Gedling Borough Council’s planning committee late last week.
Nick Grace from Grace Machin is the planning agent on the scheme.
He said: “I have been involved with this site and adjoining land – now being built out by Davidsons – for some 22 years.
