Developer SNGgroup has formally launched its Picture House residential scheme at 33 Long Row in Nottingham city centre.
Originally acquired by the SNGgroup in 2022, 33 Long Row consists of nine residential apartments on the upper floors, each tailored for luxury and convenience. The ground floor will continue to house commercial tenant Coral and will soon welcome an additional retail unit.
With 70% of the apartments already sold off-plan, demand for the development is high, says SNGgroup.
