Student accommodation provider, Unite Students, has completed its £34m Nottingham city centre scheme geared towards returning 2nd and 3rd year students, as well as postgraduates.
Bromley Place, on Lower Parliament Street, is the company’s first new-build development designed for returning students (after 1st year of study) and postgraduates.
The scheme includes 271 beds and incorporates an existing late-Victorian, three-storey former Argos store, which was repurposed as part of the project.
