A former Leeds waterside casino which was transformed into modern offices has opened a new boutique cinema as part of expansion plans.
Department Leeds Dock was launched at the start of last year, having been converted into a workspace hub for creative, media, tech and digital businesses by developers wanting to create a place to work and socialise. The four-storey building has been kitted out with hot desks and permanent desks, premium suites and private studios, as well as social areas with a bar, kitchen and a space which hosts lifestyle pop-ups.
Since Department Leeds Dock opened the building has brought in 60 companies and 360 members from a raft of businesses including digital marketing companies, PR agencies, investment organisations and tech start-ups. Now, having set expansion plans in
