Engineering consultancy secures largest letting to date at Derby’s Cardinal Square

A civil engineering and structural consultancy has snapped up 7,000 sq ft of space at Nurton Development’s Cardinal Square office in Derby.

Local firm Inertia Consulting, which also operates across the UK, provides civil engineering, structural design, bridge inspection, and non-destructive testing services to a wide range of public and private sector clients.

The representative for Cardinal Square, FHP, along with director Darren Severn, stated that it has been the “largest letting they have done this year, as the market has mainly been dominated by lettings in the 1,500 sq ft to 3,000 sq ft range.”
