Edition is the new name of a major residential scheme in Birmingham city centre.
Consented in April 2023 and previously called Ora, it will have 581 apartments for sale across two connected blocks of 15 and 46 storeys.
The new development will replace a council car park which is currently being demolished.
Other planned amenities include a pool, rooftop spa and terrace, cinema room and co-working space and it is estimated 300 jobs will be created.
