A trio of deals has been secured in Nottinghamshire by commercial property agent Innes England on behalf of bakery Greggs.
The first venue opened earlier this year in the Nottinghamshire town Arnold and saw the complete refurbishment of the 1,800 sqft former New Look premises.
The other two are a former Lloyds Bank in Carlton, a 1,400 sq ft unit which is already open and trading, abd a former Dunkin Donuts in the Wilford Lane Retail Park which will open in the coming months.
