Software firm trades business park for scenic new digs in Northamptonshire

A software company has relocated within Northamptonshire, moving from a roadside business park to a more rural setting.

Eddisons facilitated the move for Intouch Monitoring, a specialist in production monitoring software for the manufacturing industry.

The company has shifted from Sywell Aerodrome Business Park to Tithe Farm in Holcot, where they will occupy The Bull Pens and The Granary business units.

Having been based at Sywell since 2007, the end of their lease prompted a search for a larger space to support their transition from on-site visits to increased online client interaction, a shift that emerged following the Covid-19 pandemic.

Unlike their previous premises, which offered just one meeting room for Zoom and Teams calls, the new 1,785 sq ft facility features multiple meeting rooms and breakout
