Wood manufacturer moves into new HQ to support growth

Local construction firm Stirlin has completed an 18,000 sq ft facility tailored to support the growth of Lincframe Roof Trusses.

The £1.8m premises, featuring an office building and warehouse, marks the first project in Stirlin and Castle Group’s 20-acre Enterprise West Lindsey development in Saxilby.

Designed specifically for Lincframe, which manufactures timber roof trusses and metal web floor joists, the facility includes meeting rooms, a reception area showcasing an oak truss installed by Lincframe, a kitchen and director offices, as well as an external terrace overlooking the site.

The warehouse has zones for manufacturing, machinery and storage, including a large concrete yard and outdoor racking for roof trusses.
