ADC Infrastructure are consulting engineers providing services in Transport Planning, Water Management, and Infrastructure Design.  We advise many of the region’s property and development businesses from the start of projects, working at the feasibility stage, unlocking the potential of a site through an access solution, running through Plan promotion, supporting the planning application, being an expert witness, designing in detail, and assisting constructors. We are involved at various stages on some of the region’s largest schemes.  We helped gain planning consent for 2,700 house at South East Coalville, assisted with various reserved matters consents for the consortium members, and are now designing the on-site enabling works for Hugglescote Grange for Harworth Group.  Similarly, we helped gain consent for Broadnook Garden Suburb (1,950 houses and 50,000sqm employment use), and are now engaged in the detailed design of the on and off site infrastructure that will deliver the scheme.  We helped Roxhill gain consent at East Midlands Gateway, and led the transport working group for their subsequent development at Northampton Gateway (Strategic Rail Freight Interchange at M1 J15).  ADC Infrastructure were winners of the Insiders East Midlands Property Dinner Client Advisor of the Year Award 2018.
