ADC Infrastructure are a young, dynamic, and growing company that have quickly established themselves by advising many of the region’s property and development businesses. We assess and design the transport, highways, and drainage infrastructure necessary to deliver a range of projects. We lead from the start of projects, working at the feasibility stage, unlocking the potential of a site through an access solution, running through Plan promotion, supporting the planning application, being an expert witness, designing in detail, and assisting constructors. We are involved at various stages on some of the region’s largest schemes, with Local Plan promotion of 3,000 houses and 12ha of employment use at Cinderhill for Harworth Group, a planning application for 1,500 houses for Davidsons at Melton South, and gaining consent and designing the on-site enabling works for 2,700 houses at South East Coalville. We are helping deliver the Broadnook Garden Village, and a mixed use regeneration scheme at Thoresby Colliery. We are designing the on and off-site works for Persimmon at Teal Close in Gedling, and for Barratt at Fernwood. We are delivering significant employment schemes at Bardon for Mountpark and Harworth. Following on from our work at East Midlands Gateway, on behalf of Roxhill we led the transport working group for Northampton Gateway Strategic Rail Freight Interchange at M1 J15. We are providing expert witness services at the current examination of that scheme. ADC Infrastructure were winners of the Insiders East Midlands Property Dinner Client Advisor of the Year Award 2018 Our plan for the coming years is to continue this success by helping our clients and their advisors achieve their aims.
