Now celebrating its 26th year, the East Midlands Expo with the Property & Business Investment Show returns to the East Midlands Conference Centre, Nottingham, on Monday 10th November 2025. The event remains one of the region’s leading annual showcases for the property, construction, finance and professional services sectors, bringing together over 1,000 business leaders and decision-makers for a day of networking, knowledge sharing and opportunity.

This year’s theme, “Investing in Success: Why the East Midlands is on the Up,” will set the tone for an inspiring day that highlights the region’s continued growth and resilience. Speakers include Tash Pennant (Tash Pennant Consultancy), John Forkin (Marketing Derby) and Damien Dacey (East Midlands Combined County Authority) — each bringing their insight into investment, regeneration, and the collaborative spirit driving the East Midlands forward- further information HERE.
The free-to-attend exhibition opens at 9:00am, featuring speed networking sessions hosted by RSVIP and the Nottingham City Business Club, providing delegates with a dynamic platform to connect and build meaningful relationships. The seminar begins at 11:45am and concludes by 1:00pm, allowing plenty of time to explore the exhibition before it closes at 2:00pm.
