The Lincolnshire Institute of Technology is supporting over 1,400 students across the county to begin a career in STEM (science, technology, engineering and maths).
There are now a total of 1,408 people studying Lincolnshire Institute of Technology courses, with the majority studying at Levels 4 and 5.
Students are learning technical skills in a variety of subjects, including manufacturing, engineering, agriculture, construction, digital and healthcare - key industries in Lincolnshire that are suffering from skills shortages.
The Institute of Technology provision gives learners access to cutting-edge learning environments and state-of-the-art facilities, recreating real-life working environments to prepare them for the world of work.
After completing their courses, students will be equipped with qualifications including Bachelors Degrees, Foundation Degrees, Higher Technical Qualifications (HTQs) and Apprenticeships.

The Lincolnshire Institute of Technology is a partnership of local education providers including the University of Lincoln, University Campus North Lincolnshire, University Centre Grimsby, Boston College, Grantham College & University Centre, Lincoln College, Riseholme College, Lincoln UTC and Stamford College.
It also works with regional employers Bakkavor, Quickline Communications and United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospitals.
The partnership aims to support learning in STEM by working collaboratively with learners, education providers and employers - creating opportunities for students and employers, as well as supporting regional economic growth.
