Leading Derbyshire hotel, golf and leisure complex, Morley Hayes, is inviting guests to reset, recharge and restore at a Spring Reset Wellness Event in partnership with women’s activewear and lifestyle brand Sweaty Betty on Sunday 1 March.
This exclusive experience, which is designed to nurture both body and mind, will feature a 90-minute guided session combining breathwork, gentle yoga and guided meditation, led by instructor Shona Manderson.
The session promises an energising yet restorative start to the day - ideal for anyone looking to slow down, refocus and embrace a fresh spring mindset.
Following the wellness session, guests will enjoy a light, nourishing brunch, including fresh fruit, smoked salmon, avocado, yoghurt and other wholesome options, providing the perfect post activity refuel.
Attendees will also be treated to an exclusive preview of Sweaty Betty’s latest collection and receive a special 20% in store discount.

The event will begin at 9.30am with tea, coffee, fresh juices and a light bite, followed by the guided session from 10.00am to 11.30am. Brunch will be served from 11.30am until 12.30pm.
Tickets are ÂŁ55 per person. The event is suitable for beginners and all experience levels. Guests are kindly asked to bring their own yoga mat.
