A Northamptonshire-based family business has been recognised on the national stage after winning a prestigious Tile Association (TTA) Award for Excellence in Marketing 2026.
Pro Tiler Tools, which operates from its 140,000 sq. ft headquarters and distribution centre at Prologis Park Pineham, Northampton, received the award in recognition of a highly successful marketing campaign centred around the official launch of its new headquarters in July 2025.
The TTA Awards are widely regarded as the highest accolades within the UK tiling industry, celebrating excellence, innovation and achievement across manufacturers, distributors, retailers and contractors.
The award-winning campaign combined social media, influencer partnerships, PR, email marketing and a large-scale trade event to create one of the most successful customer engagement initiatives in the company's history.
At the heart of the campaign was Pro Tiler Tools' official HQ launch event, which welcomed more than 200 customers, suppliers and members of the local community to its Northampton headquarters. The event featured live demonstrations, supplier showcases, competitions, giveaways and an official ribbon-cutting ceremony led by the Mayor of Northampton.
The judges praised the campaign for delivering exceptional results, strengthening supplier relationships, increasing customer loyalty and positioning Pro Tiler Tools as a leading voice and community hub within the professional tiling industry.

Founded in Northamptonshire in 2008 by Andy and Wendy Bucknall, Pro Tiler Tools has grown from a single industrial unit into one of the UK's leading tiling suppliers. Today the business employs more than 70 people and serves professional tilers nationwide through its trade counter, website and distribution network.
The move to its new Northampton headquarters marked the latest chapter in the company's growth journey, significantly increasing warehouse capacity, enhancing the customer experience and supporting its industry-leading 9pm next-day dispatch service.
The award follows a period of sustained success for the business, which has continued to invest in people, technology and customer service while strengthening its position within the tiling sector.
