BB&J Commercial has successfully completed the sale of land off Morrells Lane in Milford, a desirable village located within the Derwent Valley Mills World Heritage Site.
Extending to approximately 2.19 acres, the site occupied a semi-rural position on the edge of the village and included an existing stable building previously granted planning consent for conversion into holiday accommodation.
While the planning consent had lapsed, the property attracted strong interest due to its attractive location, accessibility and development potential.
The sale demonstrates continued appetite for land opportunities in desirable rural and semi-rural settings, particularly those offering flexibility for future redevelopment.
