Adam Loader and Ruth Elliott, both 28, recently purchased a three bedroom detached Ennerdale style home at Dunstall Park, off plan as they were looking forward to choosing the interior of their home.
Adam said: “We were attracted to buying off plan by being able to choose our options from the get go and the fact that everything is very new.
“We’re upsizing because we feel as if we have outgrown our current house as it’s a starter home. Ruth said: “Above all, the homebuying process has been easy. We used the Help to Buy equity loan and took advantage of the Stamp Duty Holiday, making the move much more feasible.
“Buying a new build home means that the property is under guarantee, we will have new décor and appliances throughout, we get to be a part of a brand new community and we can move in with no work to do at all which is great.”
The couple purchased a three bedroom Ennerdale style home, ideal for young families. It boasts plenty of space for buyers to enjoy with an abundance of spacious living areas and a dual aspect lounge, making the home feel light and airy.
Adam continued: “We chose the home because it suits our needs primarily, it has a traditional layout with nice sized rooms, a driveway and garage.
“It’s in a great location for us which means more time spent at home and less time spent travelling. There is also a strong sense of community on social media platforms as groups have been formed for all those moving into the development.
“Members have been sharing tips and ideas with one-another and have been getting to know each other virtually!”
