Construction work is nearing completion at a new housing development in Irthlingborough where the final few homes have been released onto the market.
Davidsons Homes is building a total of 88 homes, featuring a mix of one, two, three and four-bedroom designs, at its Diamond Heights development off Attley Way.
Building work began on the site, which is located just off the A6 Nene Park roundabout, in November 2019 and is due to be completed by the end of the year.
There are now just three homes available to buy, including two-bedroom semi-detached houses priced from £239,995 and the final three-bedroom semi-detached house priced at £236,995.
Simon Tyler, Sales Director for Davidsons Homes South Midlands, said: “It says a great deal about the level of interest at Diamond Heights that so far all of the homes sold have been purchased since the start of the first lockdown last year.
“Despite the restrictions imposed and the uncertainty created by the pandemic, demand has remained consistently strong.

As part of the planning agreement for the development, Davidsons Homes is investing nearly £900,000 in local services, including £314,000 for secondary schools, £280,000 for primary schools and £150,000 for the local bus service.
