Leading Derby-based property, legal and financial specialists Sort Group have seen significant growth over the last 12 months, further supported by a strong first half of the year.
May and June were exceptional for the group in terms of growth, with SortRefer achieving its best completion month so far this year, marking an increase of 15% since its previous best completion month in March 2023.
Despite the current economic climate, SortRefer also enjoyed its highest number of remortgage instructions to date, which was up by 10% on the previous best results seen in March 2023.
Sort Legal celebrated the highest number of completions in May and June, an increase of 22% compared to January 2023.
In addition to achieving record figures, Sort Group have received several high-profile awards over the last couple of months, including a Top 50 SME Apprenticeship Employer for Sort Legal and CEO Kevin Tunnicliffe named ‘Business Leader: Conveyancer’ at the British Mortgage Awards 2023.
Since the launch of SortRefer in 2015, the Group has gone from strength to strength, launching Sort Legal in 2017 and Sort Move in 2020, building up a well-respected following in the industry.
Designed to help Mortgage Brokers and IFAs, SortRefer offers products and services to assist clients with their home move/remortgage process.
Sort Move assists estate agents with an end-to-end solution, via a digital hub of innovative products, services, and support to keep customers moving through the home moving journey.
In-house law firm, Sort Legal provides quality legal services to clients wishing to buy, sell or remortgage their homes.
The Group are now gearing up for their next chapter, with ambitious growth plans and software development planned for the next three years.
