Law firm Geldards has been revealed as the first tenant at Cubo’s new One Pride Park offices in Derby.

Geldards, which was based at the offices before Cubo’s sister company Staton Young bought the building earlier this year, will move back into the newly-refurbished space in the early part of the summer.
This latest collaboration with Cubo follows Geldards’ recent relocation in Nottingham to Cubo’s Standard Court facility.
David Williams, Geldards chairman, said: “We have worked with Cubo for over a year to develop our East Midlands property strategy.
