Cubo, the flexible office operator, is aiming to grow by 30% year-on-year and is eyeing expansion in Europe, according to its chief commercial officer.
Gareth O’Donovan, speaking at TheBusinessDesk.com’s Property Networking Lunch on Wednesday (April 24) said that Cubo is outpacing the industry by choosing locations that it believes prospective tenants want to be in.
He told our audience: “We don’t compromise on our buildings and the fit-out. A lot of our counterparts simply want to grow by opening in multiple sites quickly, but we wait until we’ve got the right building.
“We haven’t made a mistake so far.”
