The newly launched Work Health Hub, from the University of Derby, is an online membership platform, dedicated to the mental health and wellbeing of the workforce. The platform is underpinned by 6 pillars; a comprehensive learning community full of tools and resources, online courses, online and face-to-face events throughout the year, the latest news and research regarding wellbeing at work, a support directory full of professionals in the field and a solution finder element, enabling members to ask questions and pose challenges. The Hub also offers consultancy to support organisations on their wellbeing journey. The Hub was born following our extensive work on the Mental Health and Productivity Pilot, funded by the Midlands Engine.

Aquabox is a volunteer-led charity and community project, based in Wirksworth, Derbyshire. It operates worldwide, providing safe drinking water (using filtration units) and humanitarian aid to crisis zones and refugee camps around the world. Since its formation in 1992, Aquabox has distributed more than 115,000 boxes of water filters and aid, to countries suffering from natural and man-made disasters, helping hundreds of thousands of people in more than 50 countries throughout the world.

Equation is a Nottingham-based specialist charity that works with the whole community to reduce the impact of domestic abuse, sexual violence and gender inequality. We deliver training to professional who work with female survivors. We work with school to deliver projects to Children and Young People about domestic abuse and equality between genders. These projects are part of school curriculum. Furthermore, we offer helpline service to men survivors of domestic abuse. We do distribution of resources to promote women and men helpline services in Nottinghamshire.

The Rosie May Foundation is set up in memory of murdered Nottinghamshire schoolgirl Rosie May, Her parents Mary & Graham have created a living legacy supporting women and children in Sri Lanka & Nepal to give the children a chance of a better future. During the pandemic the charity's work has expanded locally helping to ease loneliness and social anxiety during and post lockdowns. There are many ways you can support, wither by selecting the Rosie May Foundation as your Charity of the Year or hiring one of the fleet of tuk tuks or tuk box to visit your workplace to treat employees or clients, all of which funds the charity's work overseas and locally.
